Waha brings exciting regional innovation to its EV charging roadmap.
Waha’s EV charging products starts with state-of-the-art EV charging (22 kWh) combined with advertising screens, allowing for fast EV charging and advertising revenues.
The units are designed with a sunroof for solar charging and with additional ventilators to endure hot weather conditions. To make it attractive for the region, Waha intends for the manufacturing to be done in the UAE.
Moving forward, Waha looks to develop battery powered units which allow for even faster charging (up to 350 kWh) in any environment
The UAE aims to become carbon neutral by 2050. Under the UAE Vision 2021, the government has promoted EV adoption across the nation.
